Agreement

These Terms govern your use of ILY, operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

ILY provides a private family album, private chat, and related family organization features (including calendar features as made available). Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts & families

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• Family spaces are private to invited members according to roles in the App.
• You are responsible for content you upload and for invitations you send.
• You may not use ILY for unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

Subscriptions & billing

New families start on a Premium trial. The trial typically lasts 30 days and may extend up to about 90 days when you complete account milestones in the App. During the trial you can usually keep on the order of 10,000–20,000 photos, depending on photo/video size and remaining storage. Sharing ILY so another family starts Premium can also earn free Premium months. After the trial, continued access requires a Premium subscription: $9.99/mo when billed annually, or $12.99/mo month-to-month, for 100 GB, sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Optional Family XL storage adds +2,000 GB for +$9.99/mo (2,100 GB total).

Plan storage usage is based on the original on-device size of each photo or video you add to your family album (the size of the asset on your device when you select it). It is not based on the compressed bytes transferred to our servers, and it does not include extra space from processing we do afterward (for example thumbnails, previews, or other derived files we create so the app stays fast). Those derived files may mean we store more than your metered usage; your plan limit still counts only the original on-device sizes.

When a trial or subscription ends without renewal, access is restricted until you upgrade. Account data may be deleted per our retention schedule. An optional paid managed full-account backup is available through the official ILY desktop application; the fee depends on library size. Organized downloads use the folder structure {YYYY}/{MM}/{DD-HASH}. Where applicable law grants privacy rights such as access or portability, you may submit a separate request on our Privacy Rights page or at [email protected].

• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or as required by the store).
• Manage or cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Prices may vary by storefront and tax. See Pricing.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ILY for family purposes in accordance with these Terms. We retain all rights in the App and branding. You retain rights in content you upload, and grant us a license to host and display that content to your family as needed to operate the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer the App (except where prohibited by law), disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use ILY to harass others.

Disclaimers

ILY is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those cases, they apply only to the maximum extent allowed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGENTS CO., LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of ILY.

Termination

You may stop using ILY at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
