Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

ILY paid plans are auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment processing, renewal, cancellation controls, and most refund decisions are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.

Free tier

The Family Chat plan is free and includes private chat with 6-month history retention, unlimited calendar years, plus a starter allotment of family moments (currently 500). No subscription is required to use free features. Paid plans keep chat history forever.

How to cancel

Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal (or as required by your store) to avoid the next charge:

  • iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ILY → Cancel Subscription. Or visit Apple’s subscriptions page.
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ILY → Cancel. Or visit Google Play subscriptions.

After cancellation, you generally keep access until the end of the paid period already purchased.

Refunds

Because charges are collected by Apple or Google, refund requests should be submitted to the store that processed your purchase:

AGENTS CO., LTD. cannot directly refund store charges. If you need help locating your purchase or subscription status, contact [email protected] and we will assist where we can.

Restoring purchases

If you reinstall ILY or switch devices, use the App’s restore / account sign-in flow so your active subscription entitlement can be re-applied after store validation.

Changes to plans or pricing

We may update plan names, moment limits, or prices. Material changes to paid subscriptions are communicated in accordance with Apple and Google requirements and applicable law.
