ILY is a private family album, chat, and calendar, built so early childhood moments are not lost to a busy day, a full camera roll, or the gap between the people who care. This year we are focused on families.

Our team

A large team, one mission: keep families close to the moments that matter.

ILY is built by a large, multidisciplinary team at AGENTS CO., LTD. product, design, research, engineering, privacy, and family support, working together for many years on how childhood memories should be captured, shared, and kept safe.

We soft-launched in 2025 to learn with real families. In 2026 we are rolling out our major launch, with a clear focus on parents and the people who share a child’s life.

End to end

Native apps for iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows keep album, chat, and calendar with you. Family Frame surfaces the same album and kid calendar on tablets, phones, desktops, Apple TV, and Apple Watch. Builders can import with the Family Admin API.

We are not only charging for the app. Your plan also covers the real cost of storing large, high-quality photos and videos safely over time. Premium is built as a premium experience, and priced so families can actually keep years of moments without treating storage as an afterthought.

Need more room for multi-family life? For an extra $9.99/mo (about double the annual Premium rate), Premium Max adds +2,000 GB, bringing you to 2,100 GB total, roughly 21× Premium storage for about two times the price.

Our company

AGENTS CO., LTD.

ILY is operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. We build products for child development and for keeping families together. Privacy is not a marketing line for us. Family photos can be extremely sensitive, and the platform has to earn that trust.

We do not run ads inside ILY. We do not sell customer data. The only marketing exception is that we may tell you about other apps in our own ecosystem.
